Cedtratino

Inspired by the Italian citrus drink cedrata - the Cedratino is a cocktail that feels both timeless and refreshingly modern

• • 50ml Sabatini 0.0 non-alcoholic Gin

• • 30ml wildflower honey (liquid — not set honey)

• • 20ml freshly squeezed lime juice

• 30ml Mr. Consistent Chilli Margarita

• • Cedrata (Italian citrus soda) to top — approx. 60–80ml

• • 1 large handful of ice

• • 1 fresh sprig of rosemary to garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add the Sabatini 0.0, wildflower honey and fresh lime juice to the shaker.

3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and combined.

4.Strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
