Classic Aperiniets Spritz

A stunning non-alcoholic aperitivo served with Hysope tonic and orange zest! 

Ingredients:

• 50ml Aperiniets Aperitivo Originale 0,0%

• 100ml Hysope Tonic Water Original (or premium dry tonic)

• Orange zest to garnish

• Ice

Instructions

1. Fill a wine glass generously with ice cubes.

2. Pour in 50ml of Aperiniets.

3. Top up with 100ml of tonic water — pour gently over the back of a spoon to preserve the bubbles.

4. Stir very gently once to combine.

5. Express a strip of orange zest over the glass by giving it a firm twist, run it around the rim, and drop it in as garnish.6. Serve immediately.
