• Dry tonic water (to top — approx. 120ml)
• 1 large handful of ice
• Lemon zest to garnish

STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE

1. Fill a balloon glass or highball glass to the brim with ice.

2. Pour in 60ml of Sabatini 0.0.

3. Top slowly with dry tonic water — pour over the back of a spoon to preserve the bubbles.

4. Express a strip of lemon zest over the glass by giving it a firm twist — run the zest around the rim, then drop it in.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Pro Tip

Use a premium dry tonic (such as Fever-Tree or 1724) for best results. The drier the tonic, the more the botanicals of the Sabatini 0.0 can shine through.
