From 0.0 To Eternity
Ingredients:
- 50ml Sabatini 0.0 non-alcoholic distillate
- 20ml passionfruit cordial
- Soda water to top — approx. 100ml
- 1 large handful of ice
- Edible flowers to garnish
STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the Sabatini 0.0 and passionfruit cordial.
- Stir gently once to briefly combine.
- Top with soda water — pour slowly to preserve the fizz.
- Finish with a generous scattering of edible flowers over the surface of the drink.
- Serve immediately without further stirring — the layered colours are part of the presentation.
