• 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• Coca-Cola to top — approx. 100ml
• Fine salt (for the glass rim)
• 1 large handful of ice
• Lime peel to garnish

STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE

1. Prepare your glass: run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass or tumbler, then dip the rim lightly in fine salt to create an even salt crust.

2. Fill the salted glass with ice.

3. Pour in the Sabatini 0.0 and fresh lime juice.

4. Stir briefly with a bar spoon to combine.
