Peaches of Me

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Sabatini 0.0 non-alcoholic distillate
  • 20ml peach jam (good quality — the better the jam, the better the drink)
  • 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ginger beer to top — approx. 80–100ml
  • 1 large handful of ice
  • 1 fresh sprig of thyme to garnish

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Add the Sabatini 0.0, peach jam and fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds — the jam needs a good shake to fully dissolve and combine.

3. Fine-strain into a tumbler or rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

4. Top with ginger beer — pour gently over the back of a spoon to preserve the bubbles.

5. Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme and serve.
