1. Fill a large copa or wine glass generously with ice.

2. Add 20ml of elderflower cordial and 10ml of lemon juice.

3. Add 3 dashes of Bark & Bitter Orange Bitters.

4. Stir gently once to combine the base.

5. Top with Pale Fox Superiore — pour slowly over the back of a spoon to preserve the bubbles.

6. Garnish with a thin lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
